Yes, we ship to almost every country. Orders over 100 dollars ship for free. For smaller orders, a small fee is added at checkout. We also offer a 100 day return policy, no questions asked. If you are not completely happy, you can return your product easily.

When you first unfold the blanket, it may feel firm around the seams. This is normal and will soften after use. To get started:
- Connect the USB C cable to a power source.
- Choose a comfortable setting and allow the blanket to heat for a few minutes.
- Wrap yourself and relax as the warmth builds naturally.

Yes, it is safe for travel.
The blanket and power system follow standard safety requirements and can be used on flights when connected to an approved power bank or adapter.
The outer fabric is machine washable.
Disconnect the USB C cable and power adapter before cleaning.
Wash on a gentle cycle with mild detergent and air dry flat.
Fold it neatly after it has cooled and store it in a dry, clean space. You can also keep it in the included travel bag for protection and easy transport.
